Positive: Convenient location to train. Nice outdoor garden. Room was generally clean and a decent size as Italian accomodations go.
Negative: There was no response at the gate despite our one-time arrival and we had to wait on the street with our luggage until other guests opened the gate to leave (not fun when it's 95 degrees outside). The bedding was a bit scratchy and the blanket appeared to be stained or dirty with something white. The toilet ran the entire time we were there. There are a limited number of electrical outlets in the room and none next to the far side of the bed. The room smelled strongly of cleaner/alcohol upon arrival and the air conditioner did not work for half of our trip; it was very stuffy in the room. You have to ask the front desk to manage the room temp and the gentleman there could not figure out how to work/fix it. We were quite miserable at night and unable to sleep in 81+ degree heat with no fans or breeze. While they did offer another room, the AC was fixed before the new room was available. We had a difficult time communicating with the front desk staff in English which made the heat situation that much worse. At checkout time, we were unable to find staff to assist. Although staff was pleasant, between the language barrier and facilities issues, I would not return.

Positive: Clean, wonderful staff, very helpful when I was trying to find it, even came out to meet me.
Negative: Walls are VERY thin. I could perfectly hear a normal conversation of my neighbors. Had trouble sleeping because of this.
